Interesting article by Roy Green about the lack of innovation promoted by our politicians. The truth is, trasnsactional leaders, like our politicians, do not understand innovation. Spatial awareness and creativity, as promoted by transformational leaders like Jacinda Ardern, who lead from the heart, is a learnt quality. Our adverserial political environments do not encourage the development of emotional intelligence or growth mindsets.
