About the event

Tony's inaugural presentation at the The World Business and Executive Coaching Summit (WBECS). Cultural strategies enable individuals, collectives, and communities to develop and live their highest potentials, making a positive and deeply humane contribution within their spheres of influence. When a leader fully commits to these servant principles, they empower the collective through purposeful objectives and employ very different learnt characteristics from traditional leaders. Leaders as coaches are generous and sharing, employing their full system capability to inspire and influence workplace agility and open, collaborative cultures. They solicit unguarded feedback regarding their effectiveness, through immersing themselves in everyday activities. They craft and connect diverse capabilities to accelerate collective growth. Key Learning Takeaways:

1. Identifying the qualities and characteristics of leaders who act as coaches and how they compare to more traditional, directive leadership styles.

2. Explaining the benefits of leaders who act as coaches and empower employees.

3. Knowing how to create an adaptive, system change environment for leaders as coaches to excel.
